Abstract

AU Daily – Campus Connect is a centralized web-based platform developed for Andhra University
students to access important campus information and services in one place. The system provides
features such as campus news, events, polls, lost and found, notifications, academic resources, job
opportunities, and student interaction. It reduces the need for students to depend on multiple
communication channels for different campus-related activities. The platform also supports social
interaction through likes, comments, following, private messaging, and anonymous doubts. In addition,
AI-based features such as Resume Analyzer and Placement Analyzer are included to provide careeroriented assistance to students. These attributes will make the platform more useful in academic as well
as career development. The application is deployed with Python Flask, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL and
Gemini API. Role-based access and centralized content management with separate Student modules
and Administrator modules. Security and input validation are also included to enhance the system's
reliability. In summary, the objective of AU Daily – Campus Connect is to create a simple, user-friendly
and intelligent digital campus which will enhance communication, information sharing, student
engagement, availability of academic resources and employment opportunities for the students of
Andhra University
